Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Storiqa account and associated personal data by emailing support@storiqa.app from the email address linked to your Storiqa account.

What to include

• Your Storiqa username or profile name.
• The email address used for your Storiqa account.
• A clear request such as: “Please delete my Storiqa account.”

What will be deleted

We will delete or anonymize account information, profile details, authentication data, reading history, saved items, drafts, stories, chapters, comments, and other content associated with your account where deletion is supported by law and platform safety needs.

What may be retained temporarily

Limited records may be retained for a short period when required for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, legal compliance, backups, or dispute resolution. Backup copies may take additional time to expire.

Processing time

We aim to respond within 7 days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days after verifying account ownership.
